Spoleto Vocal Arts Workshop

We are pleased to announce the 2026 Spoleto Vocal Arts Workshop in conjunction with Vocal Masterclass Stockholm, The Luxon Rose Trust, hosted by Mahler and LeWitt Studios. After the success of the initial Spoleto Vocal Arts Workshop in 2025, we are thrilled to announce the 2026 edition.

Dedicated to the next generation of singers and singing, Jeremy Carpenter and Matthew Rose will be joined by American soprano and pedagogue Nicole Cabell and a team of world leading coaches which include, among others, Jonathan Cameron Kelly (The Metropolitan Opera), Daniela Pelligrino (Dresden, Pesaro, Palermo) and Marco Rizello (Opera Stuttgart, Santa Fe Festival).

We will also be joined by International Stage Director and Artistic Director of Copenhagen Opera Festival, Amy Lane, and pianist and broadcaster Iain Burnside as a song specialist. Conductor Daniel Cohen (Musical Director, Hessische Staatsoper Darmstadt) will work with singers on dramatic performance.

The team will also include Special Artistic Advisors Brian Dickie and Jonathan Friend.

Other members of the team will be announced. Please join us for two weeks of concentrated and joyful work on singing in the beautiful town of Spoleto in Umbria.
